Week 1

This week has been a busy week. We have enjoyed learning about Japan, particularly a visit from Mrs Daly's brother Don. He told us all about life in Japan and we asked lots of interesting questions, including what are the toilets like in Japan and about the shops and games!

In literacy year 4 have written haikus to describe cherry blossom and waterfalls.

In art we have started looking at the art work of Hokusai, studying closely his works of waterfalls, Mount Fuji and waves.


A reminder also that next Friday afternoon is our Mothers' day share afternoon from 2pm.
